Hit the basics. What are the elements of negligence? How do they play into LNC analysis? Look at the questions you missed. Focus your time on those topics.
Engage your network. Learn from each other. What are your peeps doing to learn HOW to work as LNC? How are your LNC friends improving their work products? How are they growing their client list?
Reach out for help. You did not graduate from nursing school knowing how to be a RN. Why would you expect the same of LNC? Taking an intro class doea not give you competence as a LNC. Practice does. How do you get practice? One way is seeking out a coach, mentor or tutor for guidance. Having a solid plan you can work towards a LNC career makes all the difference.
